Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. We receive confirmation of your subscription status only.

Device Information: We may collect basic device information (browser type, operating system) to optimize audio playback and ensure compatibility.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Freqium service
• To personalize frequency recommendations via our AI advisor
• To process subscriptions and manage your account
• To track your session history and wellness progress
• To improve our frequency database and protocols based on aggregate usage

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure users can only access their own data. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS/SSL.

Session history may be stored locally on your device using browser localStorage for offline access. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Database and authentication provider
• Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing
• DeepSeek: AI chat functionality (conversation context only, no personal identifiers)
• Vercel: Hosting and content delivery

Freqium is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
